Handmade process
Every piece is 100% handmade — not machine-finished. This means small, natural variations may appear on the final piece (a tiny bubble, a slight texture difference), which is part of genuine handcrafted work, not a defect. If you're looking for machine-perfect uniformity, handmade resin art won't give you that — but it gives you something machine production can't: a piece made specifically for you, by hand.
Courier charges are additional and are not included in the prices above. Turnaround: 2 to 3 weeks from the day we receive your letter.

Will the ink or handwriting be affected by the resin?
No, resin is applied over the surface without altering the ink; we handle the paper carefully throughout the process.
Can you preserve an old, fragile or torn letter?
Yes, we can work with fragile paper — mention its condition when you send photographs so we can plan accordingly.
Can multiple letters be preserved in one frame?
Yes, a few short letters or one longer one can often be arranged together depending on size.
What if the letter is written on both sides?
Let us know in advance — depending on the frame style, we can preserve the reverse side visibly or keep it protected but unseen.
