Process

Will My Final Piece Contain My Actual Flowers, or a Recreation?

Your final piece contains your actual flowers, not a recreation — the petals you send us are dried, treated and set directly into the resin, and we photograph them at that stage so you can see your own flowers in the piece before it's sealed.

What happens to your flowers before they're set in resin

After arrival, your flowers go through a drying and preparation stage suited to their type and condition. This isn't a cosmetic step done to disguise a swap — it's necessary preparation so the actual petals hold their shape and colour well once sealed.

How you can verify it's genuinely your flowers

We photograph your item on arrival, and again at key stages before final sealing, so you have a visual record showing your specific flowers throughout the process — not a generic stock image or a different set of similar-looking flowers.

If you have a very specific concern about this — say, a mixed bouquet where you want to be certain every flower type is included — mention it on WhatsApp and we'll confirm how we'll show you the arrangement before sealing.

Why transparency on this matters

This is a reasonable thing to want reassurance about — you're sending something irreplaceable to a studio you may never have used before. Any studio unwilling to show you progress photographs of your actual item, and instead only sends a finished result with no visible history, is worth being cautious about.

We'd rather answer this question plainly than let it sit as an unspoken worry — the flowers or petals in your finished piece are the ones you sent, prepared and set by hand, with photographic proof at every stage along the way.

The same standard applies whether you're sending a full wedding bouquet or a single stem from a personal occasion — the item's size doesn't change our approach to showing you it's genuinely yours throughout the process, from arrival to final seal.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ever substitute similar-looking flowers instead of mine?

No, your actual flowers are used; we don't substitute a different set even if some petals are damaged in transit — we'll tell you honestly if something can't be included.

What if some of my flowers arrive damaged or crushed?

We work with what's usable and let you know honestly if certain pieces can't be included; this doesn't mean the whole order is compromised.

Can I see my flowers before they're sealed permanently?

Yes, photographs are shared at key stages before the final sealing step.

Does the drying process change how the flowers look?

Yes, drying naturally changes texture and sometimes slightly deepens or shifts colour — this is a normal part of using real organic material, not artificial enhancement.

Is this the same for resin jewellery made from flowers?

Yes, the same principle applies — your actual petals are used, just processed and sized appropriately for a smaller jewellery piece.

What should I do if I'm still unsure about sending something this meaningful?

Message us on WhatsApp with your questions before deciding — there's no obligation at that stage, and an honest conversation upfront is better than sending something you're uncertain about.
