These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theartgalaxy.com and any preservation service ordered from The Art Galaxy, Tilhari, Jabalpur (MP) 482020. By placing an order with us, whether over WhatsApp, in person, or through this website, you agree to the terms below.

Ordering & pricing

All prices are confirmed on WhatsApp before work begins, based on the size, complexity and materials of your item. Basic and Premium prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not final quotes. Courier charges are additional and are not included in any listed or quoted price.

Damage clause

While there has been no case to date of damage caused by the artist during the preservation process, in the rare event this occurs, a maximum refund of ₹1,000 will be issued on account of damage.

Courier liability clause

We are not liable for loss of material during courier transit, as this is handled by third-party courier services. We recommend using a trusted, trackable courier service and sharing the tracking number with us.

Handmade process

Every piece is 100% handmade, not machine-finished. Small, natural variations may appear on the final piece — a tiny bubble, a slight texture difference — which is part of genuine handcrafted work, not a defect.

What we do not offer

Blood preservation is not offered under any circumstances.

Payment

An advance confirms your order. The balance is paid only after you have seen real photographs and video of the finished piece, before it is packed for dispatch.

Jurisdiction clause

Any legal matters arising from the use of this website or our services fall under the jurisdiction of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, only.
