What we collect
- Your name and WhatsApp number, when you use the Contact form, message us directly, or place an order
- Photographs and descriptions of the item you want preserved, shared with us for quoting and production purposes
- Order details — service chosen, price agreed, delivery address for courier dispatch
- Basic website usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) — no personally identifying data is collected through analytics
How we use it
Your details are used only to discuss, quote, produce and deliver your order, and to respond to your enquiries. The Contact form on this website does not submit to a server or database — it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you send from your own number, so that conversation is stored only in WhatsApp, between you and us.
Photographs of your item
Photographs you share of your item are used to quote, produce and document your order. With your permission, finished-piece photographs may be used in our portfolio or on social media — we will ask before doing this and will not use images of your personal keepsakes without your consent.
How it is stored
WhatsApp conversations and order photographs are retained on the devices and WhatsApp Business account used by The Art Galaxy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, other than the courier service you choose for dispatch of your finished piece.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to delete your conversation history or order photographs by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected].
