How to order resin preservation from The Art Galaxy
Ordering takes four steps: discuss what you'd like preserved on WhatsApp, share photographs of the item, confirm the price together, then hand it over in person in Jabalpur or courier it to our studio. We reply within 2 hours during working hours, and nothing is made until you have approved the price.

Send a message describing what you'd like preserved and ask anything you need to — how it will be framed, how long it will take, whether your item is even suitable. There is no obligation at this stage.

Share images of the item
Photographs let us judge the size and condition honestly. Dried, browning or partly damaged flowers can usually still be preserved — we will tell you plainly if they cannot.

Confirm the price together
The final figure depends on size, complexity and materials. We agree it with you before any work starts, and it does not change afterwards unless you change the design.

Handover or dispatch
In or near Jabalpur, a personal handover can be arranged. Anywhere else in India, pack the item carefully and dispatch it via a trusted, trackable courier service to our studio address.
We photograph your item the moment it arrives
You are posting something you cannot replace to someone you have not met. The wait between dispatch and confirmation is the most anxious part of the whole process, so we remove it.
When your parcel is opened, the contents are photographed straight away and sent to you on WhatsApp the same day — before any work is done. You see exactly what reached us and in what condition.
After that, you receive progress updates at the drying and setting stages, and real photographs and video of the finished piece before the balance is paid and before it is packed for dispatch.

Handmade process
Every piece is 100% handmade — not machine-finished. This means small, natural variations may appear on the final piece (a tiny bubble, a slight texture difference), which is part of genuine handcrafted work, not a defect. If you're looking for machine-perfect uniformity, handmade resin art won't give you that — but it gives you something machine production can't: a piece made specifically for you, by hand.

How do I send my varmala or keepsake to The Art Galaxy?
Message us on WhatsApp at 87885 82073 with photographs of the item, agree the price, then either hand it over in person in Jabalpur or pack it carefully and courier it to The Art Galaxy, Tilhari, Jabalpur (MP) 482020. Use a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us.
How will I know my item reached you safely?
We photograph your item the moment your parcel is opened and send those photographs to you on WhatsApp the same day, so you can see exactly what arrived and in what condition.
Are courier charges included in the price?
No. Courier charges are additional and are not included in any listed price. Both the courier to us and the delivery of the finished piece back to you are charged separately at actual cost.
How soon will you reply to my WhatsApp message?
Within 2 hours during working hours, which are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Messages sent on Sunday or after hours are answered on the next working morning.
Do I have to pay the full amount before work begins?
No. An advance confirms the order and the balance is paid only after you have seen real photographs and video of the finished piece, before it is packed for dispatch.
