Ordering & process
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp at 87885 82073, share photographs of the item, agree the price together, then hand it over in Jabalpur or courier it to our studio. Full details are on the How to Order page.
How will I know my item reached you safely?
We photograph your item the moment your parcel is opened and send those photographs to you on WhatsApp the same day.
Do I have to pay the full amount before work begins?
No. An advance confirms the order and the balance is paid only after you have seen real photographs and video of the finished piece.
How long does preservation take?
Most pieces are completed in three to five weeks from the day we receive your item; larger frames can take up to six weeks.
Pricing & delivery
Are courier charges included in the price?
No. Courier charges are additional and are not included in any listed price, both to us and back to you.
Do you deliver outside Jabalpur?
Yes — we ship finished pieces across India by trackable courier.
Why is premium resin art priced higher than similar-looking pieces?
We use genuine teak wood frames and premium crystal-clear epoxy resin throughout. The difference shows in how the piece looks and lasts for years, not just on day one.
Safety, quality & policy
Is resin safe for baby keepsakes?
Yes. Cured epoxy resin is inert and non-toxic. Finished pieces are display items, not toys, and should not be given to a child to chew.
Do you preserve blood?
No. Blood preservation is not offered under any circumstances.
Is this handmade or machine-made?
Every piece is 100% handmade. Small natural variations — a tiny bubble, a slight texture difference — are part of genuine handcrafted work, not a defect.
What happens if my item is damaged during preservation?
There has been no case of damage caused by the artist to date. In the rare event this occurs, a maximum refund of ₹1,000 is issued — see our Terms & Conditions for the full clause.
